Training

Master Unit Training Plan 

Saturday March 4th – Survival Day at CFB Edmonton Lecture Training Facility  0830 – 1630 hrs, Please wear your FTU’s and bring a water bottle. If you do not have the FTU boots you can wear your own winter boots.

Sunday March 5th – Fitness Day at Edmonton Garrison Fitness Centre 0900 – 1600 hrs. Make sure you bring your Fitness and Swim Gear.

Monday March 6th – Training at William D. Cuts School 

  • Band Training: 1830 – 2030 hrs
  • Drone Training: 1830 – 2000 hrs 

Tuesday March 7th – Duke of Edinburgh Zoom Meeting 1830 – 2030 hrs

Wednesday March 8th – Training at St. Albert Community Hall 

  • Marksmanship Practice: 1800 – 2130 hrs
    • JUST THE TEAM – Pre-competition practices 
  • Effective Speaking: 1830 – 2000 hrs 

Thursday March 9th – REGULAR TRAINING NIGHT  

  • Dress: FTU’s
    • If you have not been issued your FTU’s, then wear your Blue’s. If you are new, please wear appropriate civilian attire.

Upcoming: 

Yellowknife Trip – May 19th-22nd: Contact the Squadron to get your commitment letter due March 8th.

If you are going to be late or miss training, please fill out this Google Form or phone the squadron and leave a message. LAST WEEK: If you are interested in participating in Summer Training, please fill out this Google Form

Supply

Cadets will be called to Supply to be sized. If you have not been called yet, please speak to your Flight Commanders and they will let the staff know. Once you have been sized and your uniform arrives, you will be called to collect your uniform. Please remember to take it home with you at the end of the night.
